Clonmel's smallest pub

I know university students who might not start their Honours Degree programmes because of a lack of student housing locally. I wonder if we should snap photos of local pubs that are no longer open because they could be converted to student housing without one of the layers of planning permission.

Ireland’s Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien told the Irish Examiner that he has visited counties to see first hand the impact of turning what was once a vacant pub into five or six new apartments. It makes sense to provide the exemptions and to make it easier for people to convert commercial buildings into high quality homes.
