From Ballpoint to OCR to ìA to MB

I wanted to see if I could post my handwriting to MB. So I did a test.

I wrote these words you are reading with black ink in 2023.Then snapped them with my phone’s Readwise app.

The app extracted the text. I pasted the text into iA writer. Then copied-all and pasted into MB.

This works even when using a page stained by grease.

Two years later I edited this piece using a Brydge Mini keyboard connected by Bluetooth to my Samsung S25 Galaxy phone. The S25 is propped up in front of the keyboard by a Aulumu magnetic tripod. I didn’t realise I had all these pieces of mobile journalism components until a video from Ryder, the Bullet Journal creator, dropped into my YouTube flow.
