I’m stuck into a RUNEU Special Advanced Programme and have the gracious help of a curator who is gathering information about RUNEUAI from people sharing how practical workflows with AI has enhanced their digital literacy.
I’m using this short blog post to share tech notes related to efficient management of a Kunst Matrix exhibition that will unveil as a work in progress during the first week of October..
We start with overhead questions that people answer during weekly Zoom calls. Some of the answers offer amazing insights about how AI has changed the way we work.
Portions of our Zoom calls result in (1) screen captures, (2) uploads to a designated Google Drive space, and (3) high quality audio clips that can be repackaged as nuggets worth sharing.
We save the original images in a folder on Google Drive and downsize those images inside an Artwork Collection for easy hanging on the walls of our Kunst exhibition.
Metadata enhances the images. We’re embedding the names and contact details of students who wish to have a public presence. It’s important to remember to save the metadata after adding it to an image.
Once artwork is annotated inside the Artwork Collection, it can be selected for adding to the public exhibition.
I’ve discovered the Curate Exhibition link often hides behind a pull-down. Items must be curated before the public can view them.
Curators should check the way an item looks on the wall by clicking the public view option.
Once a week we ask participants in our RUNEUAI course to spin around through the space, commenting on how items shared contribute to the peer learning dimension of the programme.
