Will AIs treat humans as pets?

I started making quick words to self by using Otter.ai to record my ramblings and then Samsung Smart Select to grab the text. Yesterday, I wondered what happens with AI when singularity occurs. How will AI treat humans? Will the AI know that humans will resist being oppressed? Knowing that, will the AI treat humans well so that computers can rule the world with humans being their pets.
